华柯林 女士

    华柯林女士毕业于英国剑桥大学中文系。自1990年毕业以来，她便来到了中国工作。她曾为普华永道的人力资源部门分别在上海和伦敦工作了七年。2005年，华柯林女士离开了职场并开始她在慈善领域的工作。她曾作为慈善基金筹款部主任为上海一家非政府慈善机构——“爱的教育”工作了两年。2007年，华女士加入了CSR&Company.

    华柯林女士在教育领域的慈善项目上具有丰富的经验。她曾在上海的民工子女学校组织过多个企业社会责任项目，包括志愿者工作和筹款活动。其中值得一提的是她为世界著名化学公司——汽巴精化（中国）公司策划的一个科学教学项目和为国际通讯企业——Tellabs公司所策划的青少年护眼项目。她曾组织了一批志愿者参与到一个帮助在河南商丘的艾滋病患儿的周末活动。她还为上海英国商会在上海的一家职业培训学校策划了一个慈善项目来帮助河南南阳的艾滋孤儿职业学校。此外，她还为经济上有困难的心脏病患儿家庭筹集善款来资助他们的康复手术。

    华柯林女士凭借着她在人力资源管理和非政府慈善机构的工作经验，目前她正作为一名咨询师为中国乐施会实施一项关于驻华外国非政府机构的员工薪酬和福利机制的问卷调查，以此来帮助乐施会更好地制定他们的薪酬结构。

    华柯林女士还是一个为上海民工子弟学校学生义务教授英语的志愿者项目Stepping Stones的创始人。目前，已有300多位志愿者参与到这个每周一次的义务教学活动中为全市14所民工子弟学校的学生义务教授英语。

Corinne Richeux Hua

Ms.Corinne Richeux Hua graduated in Chinese studies at Cambridge University in 1990, and since graduating has spent most of her working life in Shanghai.  She worked in Human Resources for PricewaterhouseCoopers for seven years in Shanghai and London, and in 2005 left the corporate world to work in the burgeoning philanthropic sector.  Corinne worked as Fundraising Director for local NGO Loving Heart Association (LHA) for two years, and in 2007 joined CSR&Company.   

Corinne specializes in educational projects, and has organized many CSR projects, including volunteering and donations, in Shanghai’s migrant schools, notably a science project for Ciba and an eye care project for Tellabs. She has led a group of volunteers on a weekend’s activities with children affected by AIDS in Shangqiu, Henan, and has initiated and managed a project for the British Chamber of Commerce in a vocational school for AIDS orphans in Nanyang, Henan.  She has also raised funds for children from poor families who require but cannot afford open heart surgery. 

Bringing together her HR and NGO experience, Corinne works as a consultant for Oxfam to carry out bi-annual surveys of compensation and benefits of international NGOs working in China, to help INGOs fix their salary structure. 

Corinne is the founder of Stepping Stones, a city-wide English teaching volunteering programme in the schools for migrants, which now involves around 300 volunteers teaching on a weekly basis in 14 schools in various suburbs of Shanghai.
